BANDERA DRILLING CO. INC., serves the oil industry of Texas with a commitment to excellence. Formed in 1975, Bandera remains under the ownership and direction of Ray Brazzel. Mr. Brazzel endeavors to provide safe and effective service to Bandera clients drawing from his extensive experience in the oil industry and his affiliation with local and international drilling organizations.

Bandera crews are experienced and well trained to perform efficiently in the field. All crews have B.O.P. certified members. H2S and Medic First Aid is taught and certified to all crew members. Drug testing is required of all applicants, and all employees are tested randomly. Drilling units are equipped with a TV and Safety DVD Library from which safety topics and equipment maintenance films are viewed on a regular basis. Safety awards are earned weekly as an outgrowth of a well developed Safety Program under the direction of a full-time Health, Safety and Environmental Director.
